VIVA Zinc is a **highly bioavailable, professionally chelated liquid zinc solution** designed to overcome one of the most common and yield-limiting micronutrient deficiencies. Zinc is a cornerstone of plant growth, playing a pivotal role in hormone balance (particularly auxin), enzyme activation, and protein synthesis. Our formulation uses a synergistic blend of fulvic and humic acids to chelate zinc, protecting it from being locked up in the soil and ensuring it remains in a plant-available form. By correcting zinc deficiency, VIVA Zinc promotes stronger root development, uniform flowering, and ultimately, higher and more consistent yields.
Usage Instructions
* **Shake the bottle well** before use. * For foliar application, mix with water first before adding to the main spray tank. * It is compatible with most other VIVA nutrient products. * **Avoid mixing with high-phosphorus solutions** (like concentrated Panchagavya or chemical phosphites) in the same tank, as this can cause precipitation of zinc phosphate. A jar test is recommended. * For best results, use with VIVA Wetter (1ml/L) to ensure complete leaf coverage. ### **Application Guidelines** **Foliar Spray** * **Dilution Rate:** 1 – 2 ml per litre of water * **Recommended Volume per Acre:** 200 – 250 litres of diluted spray solution **Soil Drench / Drip Irrigation (Fertigation)** * **Dilution Rate:** 400 – 500 ml per acre, diluted in irrigation water * **Recommended Volume per Acre:** Apply with 500 – 1000 litres of water
Application Timing
Zinc is most critical during early growth stages and reproductive development. * **Pre-Sowing:** Seed treatment with a diluted solution (5 ml/L) for 12 hours. * **Early Vegetative Stage (Critical):** Apply at the 3-5 leaf stage to correct early deficiency and promote strong tillering/branching. * **Pre-Flowering Stage:** Apply to ensure adequate zinc for proper flower bud formation and development. * **After Fruit Set:** A light application can support the high metabolic activity during fruit development.
